THE R.O.U.S - (Rodent of Unusual Size)
The week that I did "Beauty and the Beast" (a fan
favorite. If you have not seen it yet, you
should!) I got a wacky idea at the end of Kid's
Church, and after closing in prayer said, "OK, kids
- Kid's Church is now over. The lesson is
complete. But how would you like to see another
toybox tale?" After quieting down the cheers of
ecstatic joy and glee that I would do TWO tales on
ONE Sunday -- I carefully explained that what they
were about to see was NOT part of the lesson, had
absolutely nothing to do with church, and was
totally 100% just for fun.
If you are offended by what you are about to see,
please do not tell me. The hamster is fine, after
several weeks of therapy. Let's just say it is a
cross between The Princess Bride and Monty Python's
Holy Grail. Enjoy!
