Enjoy this ToyBox Tale inspired Fan Film by Cliff Watt:
Have you ever created a ToyBox Tale? Let me know! I’ll post it here on ToyBoxTales.com so kids all over the world can enjoy it. Who knows? Your tale may be seen in children’s church services everywhere!
Here is a “Tale from the Toys” created by Pastor Jack Henry of Grace Baptist Church in Powder Springs, GA. Featured is a special interview with Noah and the big big ark. Get to know what gopher wood is, if the ark stinks, and a lot more!
Karl, I finally received the Kidology Handbook this week. After 10 years in the ministry, this may be the best teacher training tool I’ve ever seen. So first, thanks for that. I loved the fact that you included A Day in the Life of a CM. That video was almost exactly like my last two weeks, except that you can add my 2 year old son, my wife, and I all had a stomach virus. I’ve never seen your Toy Box Tales before, but they have already inspired me to create my own Toy Box Tale. It’s my first. It only took me about an hour to create. It doesn’t go along with any Bible Story. It actually is a skit from the 3rd week of the Great ShakeUp curriculum from AWANA. So it may not make total sense to you. Here’s the link on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kl00ep70Xy4 You can also check it out on my children’s ministry website at www.parkviewkids.org. Keep up the good work! In Christ and at His feet,
So what do you do when Pastor Karl takes a break from making new Toybox Tales? You make your own! Enjoy this tale from Pastor Ryan Wolfe of First Christian Church in Canton, Ohio. See Miss Piggy get sacrificed! Watch the “Hammer” defeat an army of evil enemies. Watch Antiochus Vader fail to try to blow out the candles of the Menorah, and more!
Frugal asks help from his buddies about his income tax problems caused by his uncle who gave him a big land but didn’t pay taxes. They got help from a dragon by using the magic words “please” and “thank you”. (This Special Toybox Tale was performed live at Kid U Chicago 2005 for an audience of adults.)
Ebenezer Vader is visited by the last spirit and finds the true meaning of Christmas when they visited the first Christmas, Jesus birth. Ebenezer was glad that Jesus loves him and died for his sins. He then celebrated with his friends and did very nice things.
The story of Ebenezer Vader continues as he gets visited by the spirit of Christmas present. They visited a party where Ebenezer wasn’t invited because he was a grumpy guy. They saw a sick boy who even prayed for Darth Scrooge, Ebenezer’s other name.
Ebenezer Vader is a grumpy mean evil man who hated Christmas because his workers always wanted to take the day off. The ghost of Christmas past visited him to show him what a good person he was a long time ago; how his mother had great dreams for him, Yoda taught him good Jedi skills, and Queen Amidala loved him.
Kermit is reporting ‘on location’ in Pastor Karl’s home office interviewing his action figures when he discovers Buzz Lightyear explaining to Gonzo that toys can’t fly. Mochilas Kanken Buzz later on learns that with faith, ugg australia all things are possible!
